Either drop your repeat slip into the box on the wall as you come into the surgery or ask at reception. 

We do not accept medication requests over the telephone.

Please leave three working days before coming to collect your prescription from the surgery.

You can order repeat medication using your mobile phone or tablet.  To do this you need to visit the surgery so they can print you a log in code and password.  Please bring proof of identification with you.

When will my prescription be ready?

The 'working days' are when the surgery is open (Monday-Friday)

 *only applies to pharmacies with a daily collection from the surgery

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Our practice is collaborating with NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) which is providing NHS numbers for those patients that may be suitable for electronic repeat dispensing prescriptions.

The information is obtained from NHS prescriptions submitted to the NHSBSA. A member of our clinical team will contact these patients soon to explain the benefits of this service
