If you telephone after 8.30am you can be offered an appointment for that day. We also have a number of appointments
that can be pre-booked up to two weeks ahead. We encourage you to normally see the same doctor who can then get to know
you and be familiar with your history and problems.

The doctors can provide you with a much fuller service if you can get into the surgery, and we urge you to do this,
if at all possible. However, if your illness means that you are unable to travel to the surgery, a doctor may visit
you at home. Please phone before 10.30am to ask for a visit.

It may not be necessary to see a doctor at the surgery. Telephone advice from the doctor can be useful for
a number of minor problems. If requested the doctor will phone you back at the end of morning or afternoon surgery.

Nurses are available at the Walk In Centre (Knowle West Health Park) until 9pm, or you can phone NHS Direct for advice
on 0845 4647 (24 hours).

The Consulting Rooms at Grange Road are on the ground floor and allow level access for people with
physical disabilities. There are disabled toilet facilities.
