We unfortunately do not sign applications for passports or photocard licence applications

The above services are not covered by our contract with the NHS, therefore a fee is payable.

The fees reflect both the time needed to carry out the service and the professional opinion associated with the service. Some charges may also include the necessary administrative time and/ or consumables associated with it.
